Gastronomy
Our charming restaurant is completely open to the local flora, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, included in the daily rate. In the evening, a candlelit dinner rounds off the day in a refined and welcoming atmosphere.
We preferably use local ingredients, with fish and seafood brought by fishermen from the Corumbau Marine Extractive Reserve, vegetables from our garden, and delicious breads, cakes and desserts, all prepared daily in our kitchen.
Our menu features Brazilian and international cuisine, including vegetarian and vegan options, prepared according to local seasonality.
The Hotel Bar
Attached to the restaurant, our bar is fully integrated with nature, with an open-air deck among the garden. Our wine list is extensive and diverse, and it also offers drinks and cocktails with seasonal fruits. We offer beach support service exclusively for guests.
